Basheer & Edgemoore Breaks Ground at Maymont
April 10, 2007, Falls Church, Virginia – Basheer & Edgemoore announced the opening of its newest community, Maymont, in Vienna, Virginia. Located on Beulah Road near Rt. 7, this scenic piece of property was once a family-owned orchard. Basheer & Edgemoore will build 58 spacious luxury single-family homes on the 64-acre site.
Maymont is located in the Vienna/Tysons corridor, near the Dulles Toll Road, Route 7 and Route 495.
